It starts with Hello! The first step is to book a Discovery Call so we can chat and discuss your project requirements and goals. We will explain our process and we can schedule a design consultation.

Our first meeting is for us to get to know each other and ensure we are a good fit for each other. We will ask lots of questions, and discuss your requirements and investment range.

We will review everything we discussed and create a design proposal for you. If you are happy to proceed, we will ask you to sign a contract and pay a deposit. After this, we will measure the space so that we can start working on your project.

This is the exciting part where we present you with your project. Depending on your scope of work, we will present you with your scaled drawings, mood boards, FF&E Schedule as well as a 3D rendering and walk through of your space.

We take some time to go through any amendments you require, to ensure you are happy with the finished product.

Once you are happy with the design, we provide you with the whole package. From here, you can engage a licensed builder, or we can help you with project management, trades and furniture sourcing.

This is when we come in to complete the finishing touches, to ensure the space looks and feels how you have imagined it.

We will then arrange to have the space professionally photographed.
